We work with answering incoming support questions about our clients 'entire productline with a strong focus on the customers' experience of their contact with us through a nice and personal contact.
Our customers mainly contact us via telephone, but contact through e-mail and chat occur, meaning your work tool is mainly the phone.

About the position:?
In this position you will be working as a Swedish speaking customer service agent for one of our clients, who is a rapidly growing international company within e-finance. Your job will consist of helping customers both via Chat and Mail with questions about invoices, refunding and general support. The most important task however is to give the customer a great experience and leave them with a positive feeling. Just to be clear, you will not be doing any sales. This is a night shift role, meaning one would work 1 week night shift and have the following week off. More details to come!

Qualifications
To be successful in this job you must have:
Native Swedish?language skills in both speaking and writing, conversational English skills
Want to work with customer service
Good computer skills
Independent individual who works best at night
If you have previous experience in customer service or service in general we think that’s great, but it’s not a requirement for you to apply.

To thrive in this role and work environment you also have good communicational skills, the ability to multitask, night owl and see yourself as a team player who want to develop yourself.
